What Happened? No Bite Left?

Against a 1 win team, Cobra Kai looked to bounce back and take 2 against The Unknowns. With some injuries to the lineup, Kai had to fill some gaps, but wound up giving the first game and almost throwing the second as well.

“Giving up 15 runs there’s no way you can win, absolutely no way,” said Resnick, clearly upset with the results of the week

The Kai Getting Swept

After a long week where The Kai won a 10 inning game and then tied, they ran into Venom and wound up getting more hurt and swept.  The Mud Hens, being in last, put up a huge fight and matched Cobra Kai every step of the way.

Kai then ran into the buzzsaw and veteran team of Venom. Venom showed absolutely No Mercy on Cobra Kai.

The First Test, playing Who Ville

The second week of the season brought a series against the formidable Who Ville. The first test of this young team showed that they have what it takes against the veteran first place team.

Again the Kai started slow, but came to fight back and won the night cap.

First Week of the Season

The first games for the Fall 2009 Season of Cobra Kai have been played. Cobra Kai played 2 games so far and split, starting their inaugural season at .500.

Cobra Kai started off slow, but showed some of that gritty attitude and fight to come back.

The Games Announced!

Well the games for the Fall 2009 Season of Cobra Kai are announced and posted.

There was a game added because of the 8 team division. Therefore, instead of the 6 nights of games, 7 nights of games are scheduled.

New Signing

With an injury that may delay the start of the season for the Kai’s OF Morgan Rothblat, they went and signed OF Cory Hendrickson.

The front offices of Cobra Kai didn’t want to stand by and wait to see the season unfold, so they aggressively went out and signed OF Cory Hendrickson.

Team Name

With the formation of this team, there has been much discussion on team names. Some of the ideas were based from convensional team names all the way to obscure/obscene names.
